ISU Allocation Rules

Unlike Worlds and Europeans, the 4CC does not use the Quota Points system.
Flat Allocation: Every non-European ISU Member may enter up to 3 competitors/couples per event, provided they meet the minimum TES.

Entries per Event

All non-European ISU Member nations may enter up to 3 competitors or couples in each discipline, provided they meet the Minimum Technical Elements Score (TES) requirement.

No Quota Points system is used for 4CC — allocation is flat across all eligible members.
