ISU Allocation Rule: JGP spots are allocated using a Deduplicated Country Rank. We identify the single best skater per nation who advanced to the Free Skating/Dance (or highest SP/RD if none advanced), sort the nations to determine their rank, and then assign the stations/spots multiplier. Host countries additionally receive up to 3 wildcards for their home event.
